1. I have an issue with my in store ATM.
All Payment Pluss network ATM machines are subject to regular maintenance. Most customer service issues can be resolved with the retail customers bank please verify that the customer has talked with their financial institution and resolved any banking issues. If you have a customer that is experiencing an ATM related issue please submit a service ticket by logging into your Payment Pluss account all tickets are reviewed and responded to within the same business day.
2. I have an issue with my POS system?
Payment Pluss is dedicated to all small business success. If you are experiencing support issues with your point of sale terminal or software we are here to help. Please login to your merchant portal and submit a support ticket, our service team will reach out within the business day.
3. I am having trouble logging into my merchant portal or resetting my password.
The Payment Pluss support team is here to help. Please reach out to support@paymentpluss.com via the email you used to create your account and a support manager will follow up directly.
4. I am having trouble accepting payments online.
Payment Pluss integrates with many online platforms. You can verify transactions and payments via your merchant portal. Most transactions post in real time. If the problem persists for more than 24 hours, please submit a support ticket and a member of our team will reach out within the same business day.
Merchant Application Questions
Creating a Payment Pluss merchant account is the first step towards processing transactions online and in store. Here are some questions we get about the application process.
1. I created a Payement Pluss account, can I process transactions right away?
Creating an account takes about 5 minutes; however, completing the application process takes a bit longer depending on the type of business and the amount of information provided. Most applicants are approved within 24-48 hours if we have all of the information.
Successful applicants have all their business incorporation, tax, banking and personal identification information on hand and ready to submit when they fill out the merchant application.

2. I already have credit card processing, How can I secure the lowest rate?
Payment Pluss merchant partners always receive the most favorable rate given the information provided. Merchant applicants who submit the most recent 3 months of credit card statements will receive a rate evaluation. This allows our team to secure the best possible rates.
3. I submitted my application, when do I order my terminals?
Payment Pluss offers multiple hardware options. Qualifying merchants can receive free point of sale hardware and merchant terminals. We ship all hardware within 24 hours of application approval.
